The modern apartment has 50 square meters and was renovated over the last few months. It is on the first floor directly next to the river Traun. It features a lovely balcony and it includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

It is less than 5 minutes walk to the public bathing area and the nearest supermarket is 2 minutes walk Free parking available . Private bathing area available The boat dock is 3 minutes away. Restaurant and fish grill are also very close by. The apartment is very spacious, bright and friendly.

Open apartment (105m²) not far from the shore of the Traunsee (300m), with a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is on the first floor, with its own entrance. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another toilet, a large kitchen with dining area and living room with TV. Two balconies allow a great view. Parking is available in the carport on the property.

Nice, cosy apartment with balcony and lake view

Feel welcome in our quiet and well located accommodation. Lake Traunsee is minutes away on foot and beautiful peaks are practically at your doorstep. The king size bed is so cozy you hardly want to get out of the feathers. An espresso from the fully equipped kitchen gives you momentum for your vacation day. If you have a small child with you, we will gladly provide you with a high chair and crib - of course free of charge.
