Absorb the tranquility of 360 degree mountain views and rollings hills from a well appointed home. Indulge in outdoor dining on the private patio and feel miles away from civilization while enjoying peaceful days and evenings with family and friends. We have instituted enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures recommended by the CDC and Airbnb to limit the spread of Covid-19. Gas BBQ, outdoor furniture, beautiful landscaping, full Kitchen, abundant views. Guests can hike on the property and visit the creek area for a picnic I will often be available for local information and recommendations which I am happy to share. Located on the Rancho Dos Hijas Estate, the Casita is accessed by driving through orchards set back off the main road. Breeze into downtown San Luis Obispo, only a 15 minute drive, hike the hills and mountains, visit local wineries, breweries and distilleries and spend a day at Avila or Pismo Beach. Access to most local sites and areas of interest is best by car or Uber/Lyft. Cycling in our area is very popular and another great way to see the countryside. Our local hikes vary from easy to challenging and provide a great way to appreciate the views of the mountains, valleys and the Pacific Ocean. The cattle rotate their grazing between the Rancho Dos Hijas and a neighboring property and are gentle but need to be respected.

Green Canyon Ranch is our family's dream home. Newly constructed modern farmhouse architecture, close to San Luis Obispo (20 minutes), Cal Poly (22 minutes), wine tasting (3 minutes), Pismo Beach (15 minutes), Lopez Lake (13 minutes), and the Village of Arroyo Grande (5 minutes). Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem!
