House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

You will get the EXCLUSIVE use of a separate downstairs home/apartment, which includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard and the lovely alfresco, which leads to the backyard. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs. We are centerally located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep you will be welcomed to chill at Misty's. We are an easy walk from the lagoon beach, cafes/resturant/& supermarket. Time to enjoy.
