Outside of San Felipe in the desert you will find communities nestled by the sea and mountains with stunning views of both. At Playa de Oro on the Sea side of the highway you will have the best of the best. A 10 minute walk to the beach out our front door and you can walk for miles in either direction, enjoying the dramatic tides that can go out for a quarter mile at low tide. Playa Del Paraiso is a Beach Front-high-rise complex near down town San Felipe, next to the Marina. Watch the boats come in by day and the city lights by night. The city can be seen from both bedrooms and living room. The property is guarded for your security. The pool is located right near the walkway to the sand. Building 1 is complete and fully functional, where our unit is. Building 2 is under construction, however, no construction is currently underway. Parking is free. No Pets.

Brand new, beautiful Mexican Style home, 5 blocks or so to downtown and the beach. Unique layout with a rooftop deck to enjoy the stunning sunrise/sunset and ocean views. There is patio furniture on the rooftop deck. We share outdoor amenities with Casa del Sol, which we have listed here also. In case you are a large group, reserving both places would be an excellent option.
