Our cosy apartment with a balcony facing south is located right in the heart of El Medano. Only 50m to the villages main square (Plaza) and 100m to the beach and beach promenade. In the vicinity you will find a variety of nice cafés and good restaurants, shops and watersport possibilities. The South Airport is only a 10minutes drive away. Our apartment is ideal for couples, adventure and business travelers, for small families with a baby or a little child and of course for elder people.

Bright and cozy apartment between Playa Chica and Cabezo beach, 3 min walk from the beaches and 5 min walk from the center of El Medano. Nice balcony with side views to two beaches and front view to the peak of mount Teide. One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Cradle available. New and equipped kitchen. Near the apartement there are restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, medical center, dentist... Very quiet building and without noise, ideal for rest.

My beautiful and family apartment is equipped to enjoy a great vacation. From the terrace you can see spectacular sunrises over the sea, eat at delicious restaurants nearby or have a drink, water sports or just lie on the sand. You will be welcomed as a guest if you understand the concept of Airbnb, it is not a Hotel but my house, with its virtues and flaws, but prepared with all the love to make your stay pleasant.

Beautiful apartment facing the sea, with a perfect location in the Médano, 5 mt from the beach walking, first line, with glass balconies that open to a terrace, from the living room, and the main room. They can accommodate 4 people and a baby, since it has a double bed, two single beds, a sofa bed and a cot. Quiet and bright apartment in El Médano. 5 minutes from the beach and the commercial area. Very preserved. We consume electricity produced with renewable energy and we use cleaning products that are respectful of the sea. In August 2021 we have installed a fan in the main room that will make your rest cooler on hot days.
