My place is close to the airport of Rock Sound and the beaches of Cotton Bay and Wemyss Bight. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the peaceful location with a very large garden all around the house. It is located near Cape Eleuthera and the Light House Beach. My place is good for couples, for people that are into fishing, for families (with kids), and people that like to travel with their pets. The house is quite near to the Island School. About 10 mile drive.

The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

Solar powered off the grid property. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun with the whole family. Including 2 pools, loungers, gazebos, and outdoor barbecues and furniture. We are located a stones throw away from one of the best beaches on the island. All our water is filtered .
