Crane season hot spot! The apartment is located inside a newly constructed shed. It has one bedroom, one bath (shower only, no tub), and a large living room and kitchen with all appliances (no dishwasher). A private pond is located in the pasture outside of the shed for quiet nights relaxing and fishing. It is the perfect setting for nature and bird watching! We do allow pets for a $25 fee. There is a very friendly farm dog on the property, so take note if this will be an issue for you.

One of a kind "beach vacation" in central Nebraska! A Caribbean ambience has been quasi recreated in this 1,600 sq. foot space NW of Kearney. The property sits amidst the Nebraska prairie with incredible views of the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise. It's only 10 minutes and all paved roads to Kearney's north shopping district, to the University, and both hospitals. Guests rave about the view, amenities, and peacefulness while being so close to town. Many return and book directly.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 2 blocks from Good Samaritan Hospital and 1 block from Dryden Park. House includes detached 2 car garage and fenced backyard. Washer and dryer located in basement along with another living space. House includes 3 full sized beds and 1 queen bed, 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
