SEA VIEWS & SOUND OF WAVES "wifi"

Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. Please note that a cleaning fee of €30 is charged separately and is payable when you check in. We promise to do all we can to make your stay a very pleasant and comfortable one. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. In a quiet area of Sitges, in ground floor, this cosy and spacious loft, ideal for 4 people (suitable for 6), will offer you all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay in Sitges. Completely renovated, the loft is composed by : - a sleeping area/bedroom with a bathroom - a living area with 2 confortable convertible sofas - a fully-equipped kitchen : fridge, dish washer, microwaves, toaster, coffee machiner... - a second bathroom with shower and toilets - a veranda for a perfect chill out Linen, towels, toilet paper and hair dryer provided. Internet/WIFI From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ more or less Always available to answer to your questions ! The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still. From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ the day and 70€ at night THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING. You can find a free parking in the streets, a few blocks from the loft. Free parking is where the ground marquing is white (if it is blue you have to pay). Here are the areas where you can find free parkings (at 10/15 min walking distance) : - Carrer Vitor de Balaguer, 23 (a lot of free places) : at 9 min walking distance - Passeig Vilanova from number 72 (behind the pharmacy) - Avenida Nuestra Senora Del Vinyet, from number 43 Public Parking in Avenida Sofia (but is quite expensive)

Casa Luna, oasis in a viby beachtown

This XIX Century house is located in the heart of the historic old town 1 min walking to the comercial streets and las Ramblas, where lots of restaurants couple of museums, like museum romantic and theatre venue are. We have a great old bodega behind home were you can visit it, make some shopping in their deli or drink something in the beautiful garden terrace. No more than 20 min walk to any beach on the village and stunning front ocean paella restaurants area. We have SITGES next to us.

Our lovely apartment is located in the heart of Sitges, facing to the main street in town. There's one bedroom, one living-room with full equipped kitchen and one bathroom. High speed WiFi connection. The location is really unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the train station and all you can need is really close, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... There's a big balcony with street views. You'll love it!
