They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to sit outdoors.The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m extended and can be used as a 3rd bed. With us you can play table tennis , billiards and darts. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elbe bike path just 400 m away invite you. The cozy apartment can be reached by a generously designed stairwell. For relaxation, the light-flooded sitting area can be used. A small wardrobe is arranged in front of the apartment door. Cozy 3-room apartment close to the center but still quiet. The newly renovated apartment with Smart TV and WiFi is located on a small side street with no through traffic and from the balcony you look directly into a small park. You can easily take care of yourself in the fully equipped kitchen, or you can walk to the center of town with numerous shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. The next tram stop can be reached in 1 minute.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr guten Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von hier aus seid Ihr schnell in der City aber ebenso schnell im Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viel Spaß hier in Dresden :). Ps. Wir vermieten in der Regel nicht für gewerbliche Gäste. TV nur Netflix :)
