Nice and comfortable apartment fully equipped, located in a quiet and safe area of Puerto Montt. The apartment has an excellent connectivity due to is very close to the beginning of the Carretera Austral that take you from Puerto Montt to the rural Patagonia. It is also very close to the viaduct that conect with the highway to the north or south of Chile. The apartment is also located very close to the main comercial areas: 7 min by car to "Easy" and "Jumbo" and 10 min to downtown and mall.

Three bedrooms; master with king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. Second bedroom with 2 beds and third bedroom with two single beds, both share a bathroom. Living-Dining room with terrace and lake view, with Cable TV and wifi . Full kitchen. It has an elevator.

New apartment, with 4 or 5 person capacity. Master bedroom with 2 person bed, living has a sofa bed for 2 more people and also there’s a folding bed for a 5th person. The apartment is full electric. It is located one block from downtown Puerto Varas, 5 from the casino, 6 from the lake and next to a supermarket. Also, the building has access to laundry, gym and barbecue sector. There is no parking.
