Small basement studio in house, 15 min from city

A very small, recently refurbished studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. An 8-10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19, or Subway station Tallkrogen, green line 18. Close by is a big supermarket, parks and restaurants as well as nice walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. 😊☀️

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Welcome home!. We have many books, art on the walls and a piano. One of the nicest parts of Stockholm. Around the corner you can find old wooden houses, many coffeehouse (Il Café, Kafferang ...) and restaurants (Folii) and the lovely park on the “White hill”. A short stroll to a magnificent view over the city. It's quite and safe in here and easy to walk everywhere, or take the blue buss (2) to the city center.
