This 2nd floor apartment is located in a 3 story home built in 1888. It is situated in a prime location with a short walk to bus and about a mile to train to NYC. You can walk to restaurants, bars, convenience store, Whole Foods. Parking available on the property. All linens are sanitized extensively to ensure you an extremely clean experience--you can flop on any bed and be assured that no one else did the same. I want to treat you the way I would like to be treated--with kindness and care;).

Ideal for families visiting NJ with day trips to NYC, this duplex apartment is two blocks from Newark Broad St. Station. *When booking, you must read and agree to the house rules & tell us about yourself and your trip. *No parties. No visitors. No marijuana. No smoking. *We are in Newark. Our neighborhood is not trendy or beautiful, but it is safe and central. *We live in the top apt with rambunctious twin toddlers. If you need quiet, we are not it. *Gated parking for 2 cars across the street.

Must be at least 25 yrs old to book. *This is a quiet space as we live in the apartment below. Absolutely NO parties and a MAX of 2 people in the room at any time. This all wood, 3rd floor studio is right in the center of town. Tons of restaurants, bars, theaters, and super easy NYC transit (Train and Bus) are all just a few min walk away. The apt. is totally open, has a private entrance, private bathroom, amazing decor, parking and lovely touches throughout. ROMANTIC PACKAGES AVAILABLE.

We thoroughly clean with at least 1 day vacancy between bookings so this way with can perform a deep cleaning. Free Washer/Dryer available. 1 free car parking in driveway. Plenty of free street parking in front of our Airbnb. Minimum 3 night stay. Our vacation apartment is located in a nice quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Right around the corner you have the farmers markets where you can buy fresh fruit to groceries. We are minutes away from some of the best Mediterranean Restaurants.
