This is a quiet Hamlet that consists of just four properties. To assist in preserving the calmness, we kindly request that you check in between 3pm and 6pm. You can self check in using a code. This bungalow forms the guest wing of the main estate. When the main estate is booked, this bungalow is closed and vice versa. So, when you book this bungalow, the rest of the estate is closed, and you will have sole, uninterrupted use of all of the grounds. Set within the grounds of the old territory of Spains Hall, now owned by Jamie Oliver (yes, he will be your neighbour) is this exclusive detached home surrounded by 1.5 acres of private, secluded gardens and benefitting from far reaching country views that will simply take your breath away. Relax in extreme peace and privacy. The Famous Essex Highwayman: - 0.5 acres of secluded gardens. Country walks. Public footpaths. The famous walkway used regularly by the infamous Dick Turpin and still sign posted to this day, leading you directly to lavishly preserved Blue Bell Inn once used as a hideout by Dick himself and today standing strong as a cherished local pub and exemplary restaurant. The Sampfords are widely known as Essex best kept secret. You are surrounded by nature, beauty and quite a few famous neighbours. This is not a party town and although your neighbours are only few and not very close by, this is a place of rest and relaxation. Peace and not party. Please come and enjoy. All of our properties are set up to give you complete privacy and convenience. Smart locks are in place for access without the need to meet anyone and house manuals and other instructions are sent via email. But we are still on hand, whenever you need us. Note from owner: If you see the same property with the same pictures, multiple times, it's because we have various listings of the same property but are offering different configurations for different size groups. Basically, we lock or unlock the required or unrequired number of bedrooms. Remarkable 2-Bed lodge in Clacton-on-Sea

Welcome to our beautiful mini lodge in Clacton-on-Sea. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a american style fridgefreezer, a hob, an oven, a kettleand a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access with netflix This mini lodge has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed walk in wardrobe and an ensuite. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.there is also a double sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower(ensuite) The second bathroom has a toilet, bath with a overhead shower. Linen is included to make your stay more enjoyable. Please state if you are bringing your own. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. Onsite is a indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Outdoor depends on weather. There is a club house amusements all on site. Clacton on sea is a 30 minute walk down by the sea wall.

Weeley Bridge Caravan Park Weeley Clacton on Sea CO16 9DH Quiet holiday park, fishing lake, evening entertainment, outdoor swimming pool (May-September depending on weather) see office for prices & children’s play areas. 2 well behaved dogs allowed £25 per stay, please add to your booking. Please bring throws and towels. Please keep on lead and clear up any mess. Cats NOT allowed. Bookings are not allowed for people using the park whilst working in the area. Lovely four berth luxury lodge. Full gas heating. minutes walk to the clubhouse and local beach. Decking around outside of the lodge with seating area. Site includes, swimming pool, small childrens pool, clubhouse and playarea. Near by is Walton on the Naze town, beach and pier. All beds will be made up for check in. All kitchen utensils available. Beautiful 1 bedroom cottage

This lovely private cottage within 20acre gardens has 1 double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with single oven, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, table and chairs making it suitable for longer or short stays. The bathroom has full size bath with power shower overhead, and the sitting room 2 double sofas, smart tv and wood burner giving the cottage a really cosy feel. Guests will have access to the well known Green Island Gardens and Colchester is only a 5 minute drive away.

The Garden House

We have a lovely Studio with a courtyard garden. The space has one double bed and a two seater sofa. The Accommodation has a toilet, shower and kitchen facilities including a Microwave, fridge and electric hob. TV and Wi-Fi are also available. Colchester is a lively town and offers lots of history and architecture. There are plenty of things to do including visiting museums, art galleries, historic buildings, cafes, shops and restaurants. The university of Essex is within close proximity.

Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Our Atlas static caravan has a beautiful interior, modern design and spacious throughout. Atlas is a 3 bedroom (8 berth) caravan with full wrap-around decking, double glazing and central heating. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized oven and hob with a microwave and a small fridge/freezer. Lounge with plenty of seating, TV, DVD player, electric fire and a double pull out sofa bed. Please, pay attention, bed linens are included, but you’ll need to bring your own towels.

Exec Spec Holiday Home 5 Min Walk to Sandy Beach

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
