This is the most amazing place set in it's own four acre field. Pixie Woods has a huge comfortable tipi and a very well equipped shepherd hut kitchen. Step into the woods and you'll find your private bathroom area with a hot shower and compost toilet. Send the kids into the woods to build a den or up to the farm to meet the animals, light a camp fire and relax. Everything you need is here but if you have forgotten something then our village has a fabulous pub and a very well stocked local shop.

We have recently installed a wood-fired Hot Tub. Use is free for your entire stay. We can even preheat before arrival. Tucked into the perimeter hedgerows and native trees of a hillside meadow, the huts are situated privately from each other and enjoy stunning southern views across Taunton Vale Watch the red deer at dawn, light the woodburner and curl up on the cosy bed to read a book. The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is a mile from the Bear Trail. Only 7 minutes drive to the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
