My place is a bungalow, sleeps 7, located 2 mins walk from seafront, sandy beach & historic Cobb harbour, with amazing views of the sea and Golden Cap headland. It was renovated in 2019 and is comfortably appointed. It has a sunny, sheltered south facing garden with paved patio and sea views. You will love my place because of the location, outdoors space and sea views. There is off road, private parking for two cars. My place is good for families and we are dog friendly, for up to 2 dogs.

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, or 2 on request It’s a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size. The other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in peak season. Any questions, please just ask me. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Its close to River Cottage HQ, Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coast. We welcome dogs and are happy to have them staying with a fee of 10 pounds per dog for the entire booking. The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is a mile from the Bear Trail. Only 7 minutes drive to the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

This cosy 2 bed house is in a fantastic location very close to the beach, local cafés, eateries, Seaton Tramway, town centre, Seaton Wetlands and Axmouth Harbour. Walk to the amazing mile long beach in less than a minute! The house is stylish, clean and comfortable and is perfect for couples, small families, walkers and business travellers. A large Tesco is conveniently located nearby. There is no private parking at the house but there is plenty of available parking close by.
