Hallo zusammen, ihr übernachtet in einer 1-Zimmer Wohnung (27 qm - 3. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses -ohne Fahrstuhl) direkt an dem wunderschönen Schrevenpark gelegen. Die Wohnung wurde im Januar 2023 komplett renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Die Holtenauer Straße, die Innenstadt, die Uni, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Restaurants & Cafes, sowie die KIELER WOCHE, sind in fußläufiger Entfernung erreichbar. Kostenfreie Parkplätze befinden sich in und um meiner Straße herum - evtl. Wartezeit.

If you want to enjoy the Baltic Sea, you are going to the right place! We have newly renovated and furnished this apartment 2022! Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quiet. It's a small but stylish apartment with a balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160x200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).
