The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Breakfast can be served at €8 per person. We serve lunch and evening meals @9. The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large plot there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heating donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fireplace, Hollywood swing at the lake and of course space for outdoor food and barbecue.
