A perfect little self contained studio flat adjoining our own house. We have recently refurbished this area to a high standard with open plan kitchen/dining and cosy bed area. This studio is perfect for couples or solo travellers who are looking for time away in a gorgeous area. With lots to offer, whether it is a romantic weekend away or a walking/skiing/outdoor trip, Aviemore and the surrounding areas have it all to offer. There are plenty of options for eating out or you can just relax in the comfort of your accommodation.

Cosy little cottage with woodburner stove, king size bed, Hungarian goose down duvet and pillows. On the edge of the Anagach Woods with its many walking trails. 10 minutes to the River Spey. We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

The property has an enclosed private garden and a shared driveway for 2 cars. Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. This self catering cottage was originally a rural school built about 1830. The cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Insh in Strathspey with the Cairngorm Mountains on one side and the Monadhliath Mountains to the west. The cottage adjoins the famous Insh Marshes Bird Reserve. There are several good golf courses nearby. fishing is also available and the whole area is very scenic and perfect for walking. Three miles away is beautiful Loch Insh where water sports are available.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Bright Kincraig Home (our view to Loch Insh)

In a wild 1 acre garden, this split level house has the feeling of a retreat. With immediate access to lovely walks and 5 mins. drive to the Loch Insh Outdoor centre, ideal for summer (cycling, horse-riding, safari park) and skiing in winter. We now have a local house-keeper who will provide bed-linen and towels (so the price reflects that now) and she cleans the house, though it's helpful if you keep it as tidy as you can. NO SMOKING plse
