The "Cosy ART Apartments" are located in the center of Larnaca. Finikoudes Beach is 50 meters away from the apartment. Also within our reach are all the main attractions of our beautiful city such as the Marina with yachts, the old town with narrow streets and beautiful buildings, church of St. Lazarus. All amenities are within walking distance: bars, restaurants, shops, etc. 50 meters away is a bus stop from where buses leave every half hour to the airport and the main cities of the island.

The beach lovers - the sea is just across the road! Or enjoy the sun on the balcony - all day long. Lively seafront with all its activities, and the charming small old-town streets behind, with many authentic taverns, bars, coffee shops will keep you well occupied. Many shops, several historical places to visit. Tourist info office just 300m away. Several buses per day to major cities, just a step away from the apartment. Dear guest, Due to building work outside the flat we are currently offering a 40% DISCOUNT on all bookings. This is a real bargain for you if you are prepared to put up with some construction noise between 7:00 - 15:30 on most days. As for the flat, it’s conveniently located in the centre of town. By foot you are only minutes away from the beach, promenade, bars, restaurants & local attractions. A good bus service is only a short walk away to connect you to all major parts of the island.
