Idyllic house in the field only 15 min drive from Torget

Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka High standard. Amazing rural location but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 min. You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

Gårdstunet is located high and free at the top of Buvika , direct access to exit terrain and outdoor activities. 6 km from Buvika city centre, and barely 30 km from Trondheim city centre. Living room/Kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 room with single bed and writing desk, and 1 TV room. Small apartment for rent at Hallset.

One-bedroom apartment of about 30 sqm in 15 year old house with its own entrance. Bright and nice room with large windows and double sofa bed. Private entrance. Appliances are integrated, washing machine, fridge, freezer, stove and dishwasher. Includes small kitchen zone in the room with kitchen table and 4 chairs. Short way to bus no. 3 which goes every 10 min to the city center, a bus ride of about 15 min. Self-check with a key box outside the door. Outdoor seating area. Short distance to walks in the field.

Ranheim - best view

Nyt fantastisk panoramautsikt i nydelig renovert leilighet. Vi leier ut en separat leilighet i hele 2.etg og loft. Leiligheten er en del av en tomannsbolig med overblikk over hele Ranheim. Det er sol fra morgen til kveld, og har to flotte terrasser man kan benytte. Stedet er både landlig og sentralt, på den ene siden kort vei til marka og flotte rekreasjonsmuligheter, og på den andre siden ti minutt fra Trondheim sentrum. I 2.etg er det to soverom, på loftet er det et soverom og sovesofa på stue

Amazing sea house! Fishing, bathing, enjoying, seeing the northern lights!?

Recharge your batteries in this unique and quiet place, located right down by the fjord. Enjoy the view, take it easy, take a fishing trip, hike, go on a mushroom or berry ride, take "home office", go skiing, or play golf. Good sun conditions and amazing outdoor space Access to the sea. Short way into Trondheim city center (about 15-20 minutes by car). Great advantage by car. Few bus departures. The house sleeps 8, but it is possible to make up for a person on a mattress on the floor.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Large terrace with sunshade and large living room (living room) of over 60m2. The garden is open and convenient for play. There is hardly any traffic in the area at the same time as there are several bus services. Estenstadmarka with great hiking trails is very next door. Grocery stores and places to eat nearby.
