Apartament modern cu un dormitor situat in Florești, la 8 km de Cluj-Napoca și 4 km de Vivo Mall. Statia de autobuz este la 5 minute de mers pe jos ( M26,M21,M22 etc.). Apartamentul cuprinde un dormitor cu pat matrimonial, baie cu duș, living cu canapea extensibilă, TV,o bucătărie complet utilată ( cu cuptor, aparat de cafea și mașină de spălat rufe ) și un balcon însorit. Parcare gratuită, este disponibilă pentru o mașină într-o zonă de parcare privată. Fumatul este interzis. Mulțumim!

My apartment is located within a 15 minute walking distance form Vivo Mall, the biggest mall in Cluj-Napoca. This is where you can go shopping, go eat some fast food or go to a restaurant or Starbucks (gate 2). It is also close to the Amethyst clinic, a 10 minute walk. It is a 2 bedroom apartment a with comfortable living room, a 50m terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
