Bankers Loft with King Size Bed - Floydfest 2025

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment once housed the President of the Farmers Bank of Floyd, which was the building's first floor (the vault and safe are still intact). It has been painstakingly restored to its former glory in 2023. The original 120-year-old timber frames and wood floors have been preserved, while the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and drywall have all been replaced. The result is a stunning apartment that retains its 18th-century charm while also offering all the modern conveniences.

The history of the mill is evident in the gear column that is the centerpiece of this loft. This 40 x 40 spacious apartment gives privacy and serenity while providing ample natural light.
