Quiet residence, very small studio 20 m², exhibition close TO all shops, 600 m from the ski lifts, ski bus shuttle 30 m away. Can accommodate 2 people, this Savoyard type studio is fully equipped. Open plan kitchen, washing machine, flat screen, living room with 140/190 bed, dressing room, bathroom with toilet and balcony of 5 m² overlooking Aiguille du Midi in clear weather. Lake, leisure base, children's park 100 m away. If you want to bring your own bed linen and towels, I'll do a small discount.

Ideally located at the foot of slopes and lifts. Access to the diamond area (Praz Flumet Notre Dame and Les Saisies). There are plenty of miles of track. Val 'dArly is ideal for beginners. Free access at the bottom of the trails for the initiation and a beautiful toboggan run for the little ones. Downtown and amenities 5 min walk, 5 minutes from Megeve by car and 45 min from Chamonix Mont Blanc. Senseo, fondue and raclette machines and table barbecue available.
