Welcome to our cozy and cozy holiday apartment with the beach and the sea 500 meters away! And close to larger towns such as Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining area. Upstairs seating and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance several shops, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Cot and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately on arrival). A stair gate is installed at the top. Check-in from 14.00h. Check-out before 10.00 am. New holiday home built in 2021 in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street can all be found within a 5-minute walk. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful area. The small but nice apartment (25m2) features a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combi microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and floor heating.
