Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Beautiful apartment on the first floor in a two-story building. Central area. All the windows and balcony overlook the sea. Bleached oak parquet flooring. Modern furnishings with great workmanship. Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to be on the free or equipped beach. There are supermarkets nearby (Conad, Dok, Eurospin and others). There are also small restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Perfect for all periods of the year.
