Welcome to Kokomo Bay. Florida at its finest. Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located for the beach, downtown Fort Myers, Spring Training fields, you name it. And, it is right on the river, not a canal. This place is recently rebuilt. Everything is brand new and beautiful. Very comfortable, tons of storage, high speed internet, induction cooktop for cooking in the room. Last house on the street, so private and beautiful, it is like staying in a tree house. You won't be disappointed.

Vintage Cottage Charm/ near downtown Fort Myers

Please read my reviews it will tell how all of my guest felt about this cute little place. I love to host and I’ve tried to make it a place you would feel like relaxing, comfortable and you don’t need anything but groceries. I provide coffee, creamer, tea, water and toiletries. There’s some beach items you could use for the beach. 2 beach Chairs, towels, beach blanket, umbrellas some beach toys. I’d appreciate when your done leave sandy items out back where the hose is. This home is a beautiful relaxing piece of paradise on a fresh water canal full of wild life. We have a refreshing saltwater pool that is heated in the winter, the pool overlooks the canal and the dock. The dock give’s a beautiful views of the sunrise and sunsets just sit back in the relaxing chairs and enjoy. The theme to the inside of this vacation in paradise is very beachy. You will feel like you are on vacation as soon as you walk in the doors.
