The property is great for walks along the boardwalk and many guests enjoy fishing and swimming off the pier. The unit is less than a 5 minute car / Uber ride to town and a short 5-10 minute walk to Navy Beach and Duryea's. Strong wifi in unit, Smart TV ( Netflix, etc, - no cable)

Light and airy, lots of blue and white (think Ralph Lauren) cozy and country feeling cottage in an English tudor house. The perfect place for a relaxing stay in Montauk. Reminiscent of an English county cottage with all its charm and imperfections. Waterfront House on Fort Pond, MTK

Spacious house right on Fort Pond with relaxed bohemian vibe. Enjoy the open kitchen, reclaimed wood beams, and hand crafted furniture. Access directly to the water from the back yard. There are two other cottages that are two bedrooms each on property as well. We do live on the property full time and enjoy making our space a safe and clean environment.
