You can take a 10 min walk over to Nonno's Restaurant for wine/pizza/BBQ and bacchi ball, or take an 8 min drive into Los Gatos, or 15 min to Santa Cruz for the beach and some of the best restaurants and spas around!. Our custom built guesthouse was completed in 2016. It is situated on 5 redwood-covered acres, 10 minutes south of Los Gatos and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz. We have easy access to hiking and biking trails, world-class wine-tasting, microbreweries, shops, amazing dining, and more! There is something for everyone in our area! We are surrounded by a 35 acre tree farm, so it's very private, yet close to the silicon valley! Our property has a standby generator so we are not affected by power outages.

Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Cozy Room with "Private" Entrance, quiet neighbhd

Our cozy 1 bedroom has its own private entrance from the side yard (w/ TV). It's a 5-10 min drive from 680/880, restaurants, Walmart, Costco, Century / AMC Theaters, Newpark mall, Great Mall, Lake Elizabeth and a lot more!! Brand new outside Sink, Wifi/Modem worth $500, added :) We have an electronic key outside the door, so its truly a "private" entrance :). The room is cleaned by professional cleaners after each guest leaves and we change the bedsheets, pillow cases etc everytime!
