Exclusiv! Ski gondola from Switzerland, 1.80×1.45 just double bed size, on pond in the forest in the middle of nature, prepared for sleeping. Natura 2000 area in Upper Swabia. Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Good place to watch water birds. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas cooker, cooking pots, dishes. Composting toilet, barbecue. Our house and parking are about 150 m away. Bathing and fishing in the lake possible. Unfortunately, mosquitoes are available.

In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Oasis of calm near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very quiet and completely quiet in a parallel street to the lake. It is located on the 1st floor , and has a nice round balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Only a small walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach pool and the other many tempting leisure activities. In the meantime, we also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite.
