You will stay in an attractively renovated front house with modern comforts and authentic details. Have you always wanted to sleep in a bedstead? You can! Furthermore, you have access to a large sitting kitchen with oven, Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher. In the spacious sitting room, in addition to the bedstee, you also have a nice sitting/sofa bed with smart TV. The spacious bathroom includes a lovely bathtub and separate shower. The separate bedroom has a nice box spring for a great rest.

Rural tiny house, back farm

Unique possibility to enjoy the countryside of Friesland. This cosy place (30 m2) with veranda (18m2) and bird view point (10m2) is a former sheep/cattle barn surrounded by nature and farmland, rebuilt in 2021. It is located nearby typical Dutch cities as Leeuwarden (European cultural city in 2018) and Dokkum. The Unesco world heritage Waddenzee with Frisian Islands is only 20 km away. Also the National Parc De Alde Feanen is nearby. An ideal surrounding for walking, bicycling and sightseeing!

Idyllic Bed and Breakfast Walden ( wâlden is the Frisian word for forests) is located in the National landscape of Northern Frisian forests. Characteristic is the ‘smûke’ scenery with thousands of kilometres of alder, dykswâlen (wooden ramparts) and hundreds of pingos and pools. The area has unique flora and fauna. Biodiversity is high here. A short distance from Groningen, Leeuwarden, Dokkum and the Ydillian Wadden Islands. The area is very suitable for hiking, cycling, canoeing.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

"De Mooie Liefde" Tiny house in Friesland.

Onze "Mooie Liefde" was vroeger de paardenstal behorend tot de eeuwenoude boerderij waarin wij wonen. In 2020 hebben wij het samen met veel liefde en passie omgetoverd tot een tiny house met een oude geleefde uitstraling. Via de groene trap kom je boven op de mooie vide met een 180x200 bed, met tweepersoons matras en tweepersoons schapenwollen dekbed. Onder de vide vinden jullie de prachtige badkamer en keuken. The farm is free on the space. In the storage room you can stay together, play games or cook. There is a kitchen and there is TV. There is plenty of outdoor space where you can eat at a picnic table, sit in the sun or in the shade in the orchard or in the dressing room.

Peace, space, privacy and rural views

This B&B is free of our own home and therefore has a lot of privacy. Tirns is an old terp village (anno 1200 ) in the middle of the meadow countryside at five kilometers from Sneek. And is part of a number of cycling and canoeing routes. The Franekervaart is a quiet and small fishing and sailing water where fishing is fine. You can also come by boat or canoe and moor it at our yard. You can also rent a canoe or sup with us at 25 €per day.
