Leyside is a beautiful, cosy and very comfortable, semi-detached cottage that overlooks the beautiful Slapton Ley in South Devon, a freshwater inland lake that is separated from the sea by a three mile long shingle ridge. Set in the middle of the thriving village of Torcross, there is no need to get in the car as the beach is on the doorstep, an excellent pub/restaurant and tea rooms are a few yards walk away and a good farm shop with garden centre and gift and craft shops as well as a brewery.

The Boathouse Kingsbridge - a perfect retreat for two people. Thoughtfully designed and equipped for a comfortable, relaxed break. Sunny patio with glimpses through to the estuary. Off-street parking. Just under 1 mile from Kingsbridge town centre. Great pub 9 mins walk away. Salcombe, Dartmouth and Totnes only 15-30 mins drive away. Sandy beach 15 mins away. Spectacular coastal walks on offer nearby. Weekly bookings during the summer, 3 night min stay at other times. Sorry, no long term lets.

From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. This is a large, detached cottage with garden, in the heart of the South Hams. There's footpaths that run direct from the property to the surrounding countryside. For keen walkers, it’s possible to walk to the beach. There's the most fabulous views from the garden of the sea and countryside. There's parking outside and no steps. This cottage is perfect for those who are less mobile. It's ideal for couples that seek a retreat in the countryside. There's so much wildlife and dark skies at night.

The Beach Hut is a beautiful, self-contained, New England style property. A delightful escape, tastefully decorated to suit the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty , but with the odd quirky touch here and there. Just above the Embankment of the Kingsbridge estuary with simply stunning views over the tidal water way. There are loads of stunning places with incredible views and incredible walks just a short distance from us, including Salcombe & Dartmouth. Our reviews say it all!

Spacious private cottage near the sea and Salcombe

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.
