The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake area, bustling with activity in the summer and has a great middle class. The flower garden(butterfly garden)of the cottage offers a lot of privacy and is located right under the corn mill ,t Lam. Come here relaxed with your sweetheart, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find peace and quiet here and you will wake up to the girls, blackbirds and sparrows.(sometimes Sunday of the church bells). This old fisherman's house, built before 1900, is located in old Joure, close to the center. It is a characteristic and cozy house and equipped with every modern comfort. You really feel 'at home' there during your vacation. Joure is located in the heart of the water sports area. Rent a boat or go cycling or hiking through the woods at St. Nicolaasga or along the Frisian lakes. A beautiful 18-hole golf course can be found in St. Nicolaasga (Burggolf). For children there is' Swimfun '; recommended.

Our cozy holiday home is located in a private residential complex determined by water. The 88sqm house was renovated and furnished in May 2020. "Frisian green" has 10 large sun panels on the roof and claims to have all of its energy from the sun next to the stove. The house is ideal for 4 vacationers (max 6 people). The almost 500sqm outdoor area with various dining areas, garden lounge, sauna (2 pers) and outdoor shower invites you to linger and relax.

Nice house on the Boarne, near the Frisian lakes

Our house is a small but very nice house. From the jetty you step up the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and has all comforts. You can stay well with 4 people at the Wjitteringswei. The beds are lovely. They are now as a double bed, but can also be set up as 4 single beds. WiFi is also available, of course. And especially a fantastic view. Check-in from 3pm and check-out until 12pm.

This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like a fairytale book! It's like really living in authentic Giethoorn for a while. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 5-minute walk away. Without hordes of tourists. (South). Unfortunately not suitable for children from 0 to 7. (Also not for walker and wheelchair.)
