The house is 3 steps from the beautiful Costa Nova beach, with its typical colorful houses. The apartment has been renovated and is in excellent condition. The market, with fresh fish and seafood, is a 5-minute walk away. The famous chocolate casings of Costa Nova, next to the Ria, are right next door, as well as a wide range of restaurants.
