This place has an excellent location. Centro de Casco antio, a minute walk from the Plaza de la famous Iglecia de Altea. Located on a quiet street in the highest point of Altea, it has incredible views, almost 360’ no neighbors next door. House has everything you need, including everything by the beach. House cleaning made only with Ecological products! House adapted for children! Pets allowed that do not go up on the furniture!!! We want you to have a vacation to remember!

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. Enjoy the comfort of this cozy home. It has a garage and wifi, and is 3’ from the train and bus station and a 10' walk from the center. It is very well connected to the beach as it is located on the same access road and in only 5'by car you can visit it. Also very close, there is a bus stop to go to the beach. The area has all the services and has bars, restaurants, supermarkets and also takeaway establishments.
