Luxury in Iceland

Welcome to my new and modern apartment, it's located , 10-15 minitues from Reykjavik city center. The House was built in 2022 with 6 apartments, mine is on the ground floor, stair with few steps. it is 74 sqm -The living room, kitchen and dining area is in the same section. The bedroom and the bathroom are separated. You can have a look at the set up of the apartment on the photos. The bedroom is with a 160 cm bed and it has room-darkening shades. Washing machine and dryer at the bathroom.

The location is exceptional, located hillside in a beautiful nature reserve, still very close to the downtown Reykjavik, 20 min drive. In winter Dec-March 4x4 car is essential in Iceland. No public transport. Enjoy the hot tube in the evening and watch for the Northern Lights, then rest inside and amid wood paneling that extends to the vaulted ceilings, and look out forest-wards from the deck. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.
