This is one of the few Single Family Homes in the Community and boasts 2170 square feet featuring 2 huge wrap around porches, additional large separate deck and plenty of space to relax. Two private beach entrances are only steps away! We are only a few hundred yards from the famous Tybee Lighthouse, North Beach Grille, and all the amenities in the North Tybee area! We welcome guests with the booking person at least 25 years old or up.

Four minute walk to Byers Beach Access point. This modern 2 bedroom 2 bath beach house located on Tybee Road (US 80) is convenient to just about everything on the Island’s North End, including restaurants, shopping, the Island’s premier wedding chapel. Truly a great value! Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed. A double sleeper sofa is in the living room, as well as a single roll-away bed. There is a 5 person limit (including infants and pets as well) unless prior approval is given.

Y’all we added an all season POOL/SPA! This home is local beach living at its finest and newly renovated, decorated and furnished for comfort. Enjoy all the south end has to offer from our beautiful beach to quaint shops and restaurants. Our home is less than a mile from the public beach access and is an easy walk or bike ride! The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.
