A very quiet place. A good option to discover the city and have a relaxing time just in the downtown. Just in front Kursaal, International Film Cinema Festival and Victoria Eugenia’s Theatre. Excellent views over the Bay of San Sebastian, lots of light, 5 windows, all exterior and new; work/eat/cooking area/, kitchen utensils, full bathroom with large shower; large double sofa bed of 1.50x2.00, continental breakfast, Wifi, TV.
