A 5min walk to the city and 10min walk to Waikanae Beach makes 'Kowhai on Kahutia' incredibly accessible. Stay a few steps away from Wainui beach, along Moana Road. The one bedroom apartment has a great view of the beach from the kitchen, living area and bedroom. Spacious lounge and bedroom, with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. There is a deck outside which is great to sit out on and watch the sunrise. The Okitu store is 1km away, there is a cafe (Zephyr) a 3 minute drive away and the City Centre is a 10 minute drive. Perfect place for a couple or a single for a relaxing getaway.

Self-contained flat in Whataupoko

IMPORTANT NOTICE There is only one road into my street. There is a slip at the bottom that happened 3 years. It is finally going to be fixed beginning on Monday 14 October 2024. This means that Monday-Friday the road will be closed most of the day. It will be open from 5pm - 7am. It will be open at weekends. So unless you are coming for work this won't work for you. Contact me if you want to come for work and need more info on opening hours during the day. Thank you
