Direct access to beach from the your accommodation. Suitable for two people but there is a sofa bed in the same room for an extra person or for guests requiring two separate beds. Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the isle of Bute, the "secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Stylish and Tranquil Home by the Sea

Bright airy apartment with patio doors from the living room leading outside to a small seating area that’s a little sun trap, there’s a large comfy sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is compact, with all cooking facilities, fridge with an ice box and a washing machine, there are also 2 bar stools to sit and have a swally on! Both bedrooms have comfy beds and drawer units, black out curtains for lovely long lies. There is kids toys, books and games. It’s a 2 minute walk to the seafront!

Situated on the beautiful Airds Estate in Port Appin and 5 minutes walk from Port Appin's excellent restaurants. This is a self contained loft (there are stairs) in a 300 year old farm building. It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking.
