Screened patio! Come enjoy this beautiful condo in Ocean Walk! This 3 bedroom unit is spacious enough for 6 guests. Located in the rear of the complex, the private patio is an ideal area to relax and enjoy your own green space. While the front of the building is just across the parking lot from the pool and pickleball lined tennis courts. The owner has updated the kitchen and bathrooms, and added switch operated ceiling fans and lights. A true convenience you don't notice until it isn't there.

A quiet, studio-esque space walking-distance to Gascoigne Park (disc golf!), St. Simons Marina, Epworth By the Sea, and a recently added tandem kayak to play on the lake. The space features three beds, a hammock chair, mini-kitchen coffee/tea bar with Berkey water. Also a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning sun filtering through the live oak trees above.
