Rosebud Annex - self-contained in Goathland

This lovely two room self-contained, doggy friendly annex is located to the rear of our home, a charming 200 yr old cottage in the heart of Goathland (Aidensfield) Village. You have a private entrance, parking and an enclosed private garden and patio. The annex is all ground floor and is made up of two main rooms; a kitchen/living room and a bedroom which has an ensuite shower room. We are located in the centre of the village just a short stroll aways from the village shops, tea rooms and pubs.

It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Birch House Farm is located within 12 acres of woodland and pasture. Hollyhock cabin has been finished to a high specification to give comfort all year round. We provide bed linen, towels and a welcome basket containing home grown and local produce. Ensuite shower facilities, heating, TV and a kitchen area (hob, kettle and microwave).
