The area is one of the favorites surrounded by pine trees. Spectacular, totally private, new construction, 110 Sq meter with swimming pool, on the ground floor of a two storie villa, not more than 2 minutes walk from the sea. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a veranda around 35 Sq meter. There is also a 100 Sq meter private garden. The living room and the veranda have a beautiful wiew and are great for relaxing, while your kids can enjoy their playing on the garden.

Fully renovated villa between 2021/2022, totally private pool, expansion and only 2 min walk to the wonderful beach of Golem. The Villa is close to the beaches you will find restaurants, markets, shops for a lively life. Supermarket 2 minutes drive. The Villa is fully air-conditioned, everything is new from the end of 2021 at most, the 6x3 pool awaits you. Great for a stay for families or groups of friends . second bathroom/wc space for the new season.
