This cottage oozes charm and character. It has an open plan feel although a beautiful mahogany screen divides the bedroom suite from the living area. Rose Cottage is a stand alone cottage on an acre property. Guests have access to the exquisitely maintained garden and the private and secluded swimming pool and pool house. There is parking available for one vehicle on the property. The main house is occupied by the owners and two dogs and a cat. There is a full time housekeeper and gardener on the premises.Rose Cottage is only serviced from Monday to Friday for between 11am and 12pm and not on the weekends and public holidays. The cottage is situated in the upmarket, leafy suburb of Bishops Court. Clifton, Kalk Bay, Simons Town, Cape Point, Constantia valley wine farms, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Table Mountain are all on our doorstep as are major shopping malls/restaurants. Bishops court is not close to public transport and guest either hire a car or make use of the ubiquitous Uber taxis. The property is fully alarmed with access to armed response.

Best Whale viewing benches a stone's throw from cottage! No main road to cross, no traffic noise! Only sound of birds and sea! Lovely ambiance, quiet neighborhood. Top weekend spot for COUPLES, solo adventurers, mountain bikers, hikers, golfers, business travelers. Not suitable for children over 2 years. Under 2 yrs R150/night additional.

Superb non-smoking garden cottage at the back of the main house. It sleeps 4 guests in two very luxurious en-suite double bedrooms (Air conditioned) with spacious TV- lounge and small kitchenette. (Well equipped). Expect good quality linen and fluffy towels and unexpected little luxuries. A sparkling pool, free parking and Fibre Wi-Fi on the premises. Guests can enjoy the garden and pool at leisure. It is completely separate and private as only one other person resides in the main house.

Plenty of wine estates for tasting /meals (Lourensford & Vergelegen only 5 minutes away). Many hiking trails & MTB trails within walking/cycling distance. Sleeps 2, self catering, with pool, garden, Smart HDTV, DSTV and free fibre WiFi. 5 minutes walk from the vibey Camps Bay beach front and restaurants. UPS is available for Wi-Fi/Internet during periods of load shedding (scheduled power cuts). Hosts Chris and Pat have been letting this unit for more than 20 years. They are on hand to ensure guests are comfortable and assist with their holiday plans.
