The Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat is our second Airbnb in Pensacola. We enjoyed hosting so much that we bought a 1927 Tudor cottage in the East Hill area of Pensacola, renovated and decorated it with lighthouses from around the US featuring the Pensacola Lighthouse. The cottage is 1000 square feet with a modern floor plan in the living space with enough room for larger families or two families. Two bedrooms, one bath, and lots of outdoor space, including a shower will accommodate larger groups.

No Cleaning Fee and We Cover the Guest's Service Fee! The home is close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your next visit. Only 5 minutes to downtown Pcola and ~15 to Pcola Beach. Gentrification is occurring and you'll see a mix of homes (new to updated to those not yet revitalized), but it is quiet and safe. Contactless check-in/out via electronic front door lock. Garbage/recycle cans on location. Free WiFi. Older construction, but clean home! Park on driveway. No smoking/vaping!

Auer House is a modern home close to everything including restaurants, breweries, (some are walkable), NAS Pensacola, Wahoo Stadium and all the downtown events that make our area so much fun! Directly across the street is a park as well as a dog park, so Fido is welcome! The house is restful, super clean, and has a hardwired workspace. Every room has a smart TV, and the fenced-in backyard includes Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Message me about early/late check-in/out options! We are local!
