Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en er kan gratis geparkeerd worden. Voor kinderen is er een speeltuin in de wijk en een strandje op 5 minuten wandelen. Het historische centrum van Muiden heeft een aantal leuke winkels en restaurants. In de omgeving is enorm veel te doen. *Geen groepen vrienden*.

Brand new luxurious 6 bedroom villa in Amsterdam

Forget all your worries in this spacious and serene house incl garden & park around the corner. A small little 'island' with 6 villa's in a super quiet & green area. This is the ultimate escape right around the corner of our city centre. Step outside of the house and take a nice walk in Sieger park or walk to Nieuwe Meer for some fresh air. Schiphol Airport is 10 minutes away by car and free parking for 2 cars is included. From the house it's a 12 minute walk to the tram to go to city centre.

Outside you find a garden, water terrace, inhouse-terrace/bar and a spacious roof terrace. On the other hand you find high tech details like glass fiber high speed internet (100 MBit/sec up/down), Philips Hue lighting system, a high-end sound system and Gaggenau kitchen equipment. 3 free parking places.

This recently build house is a perfect place to relax from all the recreation activities the area has to offer. It’s located on the edge of a residential area with a panorama view of the Amsterdam-Rijn canal Feel free to grab any of our bikes to explore the surrounding recreational areas (Diemerbos, Gein, Gaasperplas), the historical town of Weesp or of course Amsterdam.

Beautiful family house nearby Amsterdam

Beautiful, modern and cozy family house close to Amsterdam. Situated in front of river 'de Vecht'. There is a jetty in front of the house, so you can easily make a swim or sup. A perfect spot to enjoy a holiday feeling. We are surrounded by fields, lakes and small beaches. Our house is located in a nature reserve where you can make beautiful hikes and cycling trips and super close to Amsterdam & Utrecht ( 20 min). In the garden you'll find a nice terrace, trampoline and a veggie garden.
