Have a nap on one of the plush beds at this charming apartment situated in a historical building in the heart of Lisbon. The clean design and inviting ambiance are ideal for relaxing for a cosy night in after a long day outside exploring the city... We're proud to present you with a brand new cosy NEST located in the very heart of Graça neighbourhood - our favourite one in Lisbon! Fully refurbished and re-decorated in December 2017, this nest offers a super spacious master bedroom (queen sized bed!) with a balcony with great views to Largo da Graça. We're pretty sure you'll also find the second bedroom super charming and this one showcases beautiful views to the downtown and river Tagus ("Tejo"). The flat also offers a stylish dining room for you to enjoy your meals at home, and a super comfortable and cosy living room (with TV and sofa-bed) - perfect for relaxation after a long day of making the most of the city outside, but also a great to enjoy some quality time over a glass of wine or beer with your friends & family. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, espresso machine, water kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, you name it…) is at your disposal, as well as a bathtub bathroom with guaranteed trouble-free water pressure. Apart from all of this the flat is also equipped with a fast WIFI connection and Smart TV (100+ channels), so just grab a seat at the sofa or big chair and watch a movie / tv series logging in the TV to your streaming account. Did we also mention the charming location of our NEST? Indeed it is, as you will find our NEST located right within Graça neighbourhood, one of Lisbon's 7 hills (and definitely our favourite one). This hill showcases the most amazing landscape views over the city, so please do go for a coffee at the coffee shop next to Graça's church (it's a 2min walk from home) and get blown away by the views (you can also have fantastic views from "Miradouro da Sra do Monte" which is 5 minutes walking from the nest). At the door of the flat you'll have the historical 28 electrical tram line (you must jump in and take a right all the way down to downtown Baixa - or upwards if you're coming back home), but if you just prefer to take a walk (which we fully recommend) you'll find awesome places nearby, like the Alfama neighborhood and the Panteão Nacional (5 min), St. Jorge Castle (10 min away), Baixa downtown is only 15 min walking, and so many other city attractions... Does all of this sound interesting??? Come and check it out!!! Our NEST is located in a late 19th century building covered in white & blue tile so typical of our Lisbon. Being an historical building, there's no lift / elevator, which means you will need to take the stairs (it's a 3rd floor, but actually a quite easy climb). In any case, think on the positive side: this is just a small flavour to get you used to the 7 Hills City :) (probably you've already heard that this is one of the so many names Lisbon is known by...). And we guarantee the views from upstairs will be totally worth it!!! Our Guests comfort and well being is our top priority, so we'll always be in touch to make sure we respond asap to any request or doubt. The apartment is located in the heart of Graça, a lovely neighbourhood on a hill that showcases the best views over Lisbon. Lively during the day but quiet at night, and the famous 28 electric tram goes right past the door. If you're coming by plane to the Lisbon Airport (relatively close to the city centre), there are pretty much 3 options: (1) Taking a taxi / Uber: A good option is taking a Uber/Cabify (cheaper than the typical taxis). Please consider that Uber/Cabify drivers usually pick customers up at the Departure Parking lot - takes roughly 20/25 minutes to arrive to the flat (of course, dependent on traffic). (2) Via private transfer (similar to a taxi - journey will cost about 30€): This is the most comfortable option, and if you'd like, we can also help out arranging a private transfer with one of our partners directly from the airport to the Nest - the driver would be waiting for you at the Arrivals area with a board with your name. (3) Alternative option is to take public transports: - By Bus only (whole journey will take roughly 40/45 min): take bus "708" from stop "Praça do Aeroporto" to "Rua da Palma" (13 stops - about 20 min), and from there you can walk about 12 min (800 metres) until reaching the flat - bear in mind it's walking upwards from Rua da Palma. - By Subway/Tube & Bus (whole journey will take roughly 45/50 min): take the tube from stop "Aeroporto" to "Alameda" (Red Line only), and right outside the tube station there will be a bus stop where you can take bus "735" until stop "Sapadores" (6 stops - about 14 min), and from there you can walk about 7 min (650 metres) until reaching the flat - street level is horizontal all the way, so easier to carry your luggage. If you're traveling by car and you need a parking space, you can try parking in the streets close to the flat (currently free of charge), but since these are quite busy and it can be a bit difficult to park near the flat, the best option is to park at the following parking lot: - "Parque de Estacionamento Emel" at Damasceno Monteiro Street, 1 min walking to the flat (20€ / 24h). Apart from some exceptional situations, we're pretty sure we'll be there face to face to welcome you get on with the check in procedures. Nonetheless, our NEST is prepared for self check-in (we've got door codes for the building and the flat) for those rare situations when we will not be able to welcome you face to face. And we're always super flexible when it comes to early check-ins or late check-outs (free of charge), as long as the NEST isn't occupied by someone else.

Amazing 2 bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Graça can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. This fabulous apartment was renovated in 2017 and carefully decorated, making the apartment modern and comfortable for you, but keeping its traditional soul and features. This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. Clean and safe LAPA48 is located in one of Lisbon's most stylish and smart neighborhoods, Janelas Verdes. This 18th Century apartment has been fully renovated with much care to detail and modern comforts. It overlooks a magnificent square and the Museum of Ancient Art. LAPA48 is a one bedroom apartment, large bathroom and open plan living, dining, fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony with unique views of the river. Theres a great American "Crate & Barrel" Sofa bed in the living room, sleeps 2 (queen size). We provide a range of bathroom amenities so you don't have to travel with a suitcase full of liquids and that way you have much more space for souvenirs! We also provide magazine and books in case you fancy chilling out with a nice glass of wine and some funky music. The apartment also has a study corner with a computer. We are also BABY friendly. This means we everything a traveling mummy and daddy need. LAPA48 is walking distance from many interesting and typical restaurants. Easy access to all forms of transportation including typical Lisbon tram. The best way to discover Lisbon is by foot and LAPA48 is the perfect place to start from. Located close to the river and a 20 minute walk into Bairro Alto and Chiado you will discover the charm, warmth and uniqueness that the city of Lisbon has to offer. What makes LAPA48 unique is thats its been created to make you have the best experience possible. All the advice we give you as far as restaurants and where to go is solely based on our personal experience of the city. Guests have access to everything in the apartment. We have Washing powder and all sorts of things so no need to go out and buy things. All you need to do is concentrate on having a nice holiday and good time. There is also plenty of street parking. It costs 80 cents per hour from 09:00-18:00. Free on weekends and holidays. We are always available to welcome the guests and also to give them advice and support while they are here. Set in a friendly, walkable neighborhood, the apartment is a stone’s throw away from traditional restaurants, charming cafes, and bars. Pay a visit to one of the many museums and art galleries that pervade the area. Great bakery downstairs thats a must. There is a tram stop 3 minutes from the house and a bus stop on the square. It's walking distance to town and there is a wonderful garden in the museum. LX Factory is a short walk from the apartment and for those who like to run or ride bikes theres a great track by the river. The amazing French bakery downstairs and the very trendy arty neighbourhood. Good local restaurants with authentic Portuguese cuisine.

It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel and toilet paper. AlfaHouse II in Graça/Alfama Near Santa Apolónia Subway

Brew some coffee in the Krups machine and settle on the sectional sofa to watch a show on the TV. Well-chosen blue and yellow accents stand out, together with a mosaiced and tiled bathroom, and there's a handy little balcony area as well. Airy Apartment (1 big living room with a double bed and sofa-bed for 2 and a complete kitchen), strategically located, near Santa Apolonia’s Hub (Subway-Bus-Train) and 100m from taxi. This apartment is in the outskirt of Alfama, is a short walk from one of the most typical neighborhoods of Lisbon’s city center. Walk trough the narrow streets and alleys where the linen and shirts hang from the windows to dry and enter in a typical bar or restaurant to eat or just to drink a glass of wine and listen to Fado. In a short distance walk from the main belvederes (Santa Luzia, Graça and Senhora do Monte) and Museums (Water, Military, tyle...) you must go on a ride on the 28 tram (nearest stop 300m away in the Graça Square. By night you are just 500m away from the Ferroviário Bar and, later on, 800m from Lux Disco. If you have the time spare a day to go to Cascais (30km) and Sintra (35km). We welcome you to Lisbon and, if you need, spare some time with you on your arrival with a short briefing of what and where to go. We wish you a nice staying in our apartment. And if you need we can give you some hints of what to do and see while in Lisbon Head for the nearby metro, and the 28 Tram stop, to reach almost any point in the city in minutes. Walk to the Graça belvedere to take in one of the best views of Lisbon, while closer still are traditional Fado venues, as well as the Ferroviário Bar. The Train Station/Subway Station/Bus Station of Santa Apolónia is just a 11min walk away (750m). If you come by aeroplane, the Lisbon Airport is just a 10min taxi ride, around 12Eur. There is a late check in fee of 25Eur and refers to check-in after 8p.m. For check-in after 11p.m. the fee is 40Eur

Visit Sintra village You can go by train, just walk 10 minutes to train station. To visit Cascais and the beaches You can walk 15 minutes to the train station. We are 24h available for our Guests!
