Villa Katarina & Luka is part of the old stone house constructed 1937., and was completely renovated and upgraded 2010., where attention was paid to natural materials, stone and wood, and that he does not disturb the native style. Villa Katarina & Luka is composed of a ground floor, first floor and attic of 110 m2. Capacity is 4 people. In the very centre of Poreč, within a short walking distance to the beach and old town, renovated in 2021. Our 43 m2 apartment is in the attic of a residential building, high 3rd floor with no elevator (60 steps!), modern and fully equipped.
