Penthaus Gaja is located on top of the family house where there is another apartment on the 1st floor and a private space on the ground floor. The apartment has a long balcony on the sunny side and a terrace with seating furniture for shared moments. The interior is decorated in a somewhat rustic style with wooden floors and antique furniture combined with modern elements. The apartment has inverter air conditioning and ICE lighting for energy efficiency. The kitchen is equipped with everything our guests need.

Our house is situated in quiet place without traffic. The house is completely fenced so that dogs and children can move freely. It's a separate whole house for rent without owners. It's good for family holidays, it's not far from sea, it takes 4-5 minutes walking . There is a fireplace, shower outside and a garden, and small house with extra kitchenand etc. Every room has TV and exit to the garden. We have also 2 parking places near house. It's place for comfort holiday! Just come and relax!

Cozy apartment near the city center (5 min walk) and the city beach (10 min walk). When you exit the apartment's back door you step out on a small terrace that leads to a peaceful garden. The parking in front of the house is free and spacious. The use of air conditioner is free, and the TV has over 100 channels. Alongside apartment Lu we have the apartment Lea that is located just next door. In case of one apartment being occupied it is possible to reserve the other one.

The charming newly renovated semi-detached house is located in a quiet location of Vodice. Sandy beach "Plava plaza" is about 5 minutes and the center about 10 minutes walk away. The house has a terrace where you can sit comfortably in the shade. It has a double bed for two + a sofa bed. There is also air conditioning, free WiFi and parking.
