The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Breakfast can be served at €8 per person. We serve lunch and evening meals @9. Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of land area, partly fenced ( the green area in front of the property is not fenced) , so that a dog brought along can also turn his rounds once alone. There is a garden with a beach chair, a buddy box for the little ones, a chill corner and sun loungers. Peace and nature are advantageous.
