This unique place with unique style.With an awesome view of the Long Range Mountains. The loft has private entrance and a deck to enjoy the sunset. The suite is cozy and contains everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Including a queen size bed( a queen air mattress available for additional guest ($), 42” flat screen with satellite tv, free wifi, AC, all appliances for kitchen. No additional cost to accommodate children. This is smoke free and strictly pet free suite due to allergies.

Situated on the Grand Codroy river (a wetland estuary) with a huge backyard, beautiful view of the Long Range Mountains, ocean up the road, 15 min drive to local sites such as the Codroy Valley Beach Provincial Park, hiking trails, Codroy fishing village, Cape Anguille Lighthouse, beautiful sandy beaches, 30 minute drive from Port aux Basques and the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal. Local Grocery stores 5 min drive. A nature lovers paradise!!!!

Kick back and relax in this peaceful , modern, 3 year old home. Riverfront property on 5 acres. Amazing view of the Long Range Mountains across the the Grand Codroy River. A bird watcher's paradise, on a licensed salmon river , with the ocean and beaches 10 minutes away. The pace of life is slower here. A canoe ride from the front lawn brings you to ducks, geese, beavers and other wildlife. Hiking trails with stunning views, quiet rural roads for the cyclist. It's truly a beautiful get away!
